The only difference between this cable and model 70321 is that this one has a PVC casing instead of a Zinc Alloy casing. It is not certified 2.1, and there are reports of intermittent video dropouts if trying to enable nVidia Gsync compatibility, but overall, this cable works great for 4K @ 120Hz with HDR10. The cable is affordable and easy to use, not cheap or easily breakable. It works with various devices such as PS5, TCL TVs, Apple TV 2022, and media center PC. The picture and sound quality are clear and crisp, and it is a good value cable. It works well for 8k or 4k 60fps.
