Answer: I installed front and rear bars on my 2003 Toyota Sequoia and it greatly improved handling and sway when towing. It also made the ride a little firmer. -

Do i need to drill any holes or change anything on my stock Tundra 4x4?
Answer: No you do not. It comes with new brackets and hardware but I do advise having friend help out with the install. It can get frustrating by your self.
