- Add cabasa or loose hihat effects to cajon grooves — the Cajon Cabasa by Meinl Percussion attaches to the side of your cajon so you can incorporate cabasa or loose hihat effects to your cajon grooves using your hand
- Hook-and-loop adhesive disc — on the backside is a large adhesive disc with hook-and-loop fastener so you can mount the cabasa to the side of any cajon body material and remove it at any time (removing is convenient for packing your cajon in a bag)
- Turbo body for more volume — like our standard Turbo Cabasas, you'll notice circular sound port cut-outs on the resonating chamber — these ports allow the frequencies inside to project outward with more volume and definition, which is ideal for live music
- Why it's so articulate — the Meinl Turbo Cajon Cabasa is made with a stainless steel ribbed cylinder with stainless steel beaded chain, and this results in a super bright cabasa sound effect that can easily blend with the mix or cut through when needed
- Small size — this small-sized version produces a higher fundamental pitch than the medium version
