The product is a hassle for many buyers because of the confusing, poor instructions that could be of no use to people who are unfamiliar with the product. However, a few buyers claim they did not encounter any challenges with the unit as it was easy to connect and only took a few minutes. The product has fallen apart for some before they could even assemble it properly. Also, the Solid State Relay installed with thermal grease failed on the first use.
