Hessaire Universal Float Valve

The Hessaire Universal Float Valve has garnered a mix of feedback from customers, highlighting both positive experiences and notable concerns. Many users praise its value for money, noting that the valve effectively controls water flow and is relatively easy to install. Some reports indicate that the installation process can be completed in under 10 minutes, making it a convenient solution for those needing a replacement. On the downside, some customers have expressed disappointment regarding discrepancies between the product description and what was actually received. Specifically, the float arm's design differed from that shown in the listing, with some receiving a fixed float instead of an adjustable one. Additionally, there are complaints about missing parts, namely a brass fitting that was expected but not included in the package, which led to difficulties in securing a proper fit for some users. Furthermore, the customer service experience has received criticism, as some customers felt ignored when they reached out for missing components. Overall, while the Hessaire Universal Float Valve is regarded as a dependable and affordable replacement for broken valves, potential buyers should be mindful of the possibility of receiving a different item than anticipated and should prepare for the chance of inadequate customer support. **
