The A&D Medical Deluxe Upper Arm Blood Pressure Monitor with Bluetooth is a great tool for managing blood pressure. It is easy to set up and pair with both Android and iOS devices. The Bluetooth feature allows automatic transfer of data to various health apps such as Samsung Health and the Sugr app. The updated app for this device makes it very easy to manage blood pressure. However, it may be frustrating to purchase a machine with a medium cuff when a different size is needed. Also, once the reading is transferred to a phone, it cannot be checked on the unit. There have been some reports of difficulty with the transfer of data, but this seems to be an isolated issue.
