Schar Ciabatta rolls are a good gluten-free option, whether used as dinner rolls, burger buns, sub rolls or even for making a sandwich. These rolls are light and soft and taste similar to sliced bread. They come in a pack of 4 and there are 6 packs in a case. The expiration date is printed on each individual package and they are usually good for a year or more when unopened. Once opened, they should be put in a ziplock bag in the fridge and Consumed within a week. These rolls are well-packaged and will stay fresh for a long time. However, there are some concerns about the prices, with individual sellers charging 2-3 times more than stores.
