Despite some complaints about packaging and DVD quality, the overall customer experience and reception of the product, MR. ROBOT, is highly positive. Some customers have received their orders in a bubble wrap plastic bag, resulting in torn dvd sleeves and cracked plastic cases. One customer mentioned that the last episode of Season 4 was broken, with bad audio and video quality for the last 20 minutes. This issue persisted across different DVD and Blu-ray players.
