Users reported problems with changing the sample rate, headphone jack not working, microphone input not being detected, inability to record and playback simultaneously, and voice chat compatibility. The software controller works but hasn't been updated in years. Users also found it difficult to get help from MXL Tech Support. Overall, this microphone is buggy and not recommended.
