- Come Dance With Us contains original music and lyrics composed by co-founder Dolores Ormandy Neumann, the niece of Eugene Ormandy, the world-famous former conductor of the Philadelphia Orchestra. The CD is narrated, arranged, and performed by Rob Schwimmer, a distinguished musician, who has performed with many leading artists including Paul Simon and Bette Middler. The CD also features the highly gifted vocalist and actress Teresa Williams, who has also performed with many leading artists, including the Levon Helm Band (appearing on his Grammy winning CD, Dirt Farmer). ***CD of the Year 2009, Creative Child Magazine*** ***Dr. Toy 10 Best Audio-Video Products 2009*** ***Dr. Toy 100 Best Children's Products 2009*** The Dove Foundation 12/5/08 * * * * * (5 stars out of 5) This fantastic CD will have your youngsters dancing around the room while they learn about vowels or being on a farm and much more. With wonderful songs that will put a smile on their faces and great thoughts in their minds. Children love music and what a creative way to educate them by using toe tapping fun songs and stories like these. Dove is proud to award this CD the Dove Family-Approved Seal. Midwest Book Review 12/13/08 * * * * * (5 stars out of 5) Come Dance With Us is an educational audio CD that uses story-telling and song to teach young children about time, geography, phonetics, arithmetic, emotions, and more through listening and singing along. Created by the producers of the award-winning DVD series 'Fundamentals', Come Dance With Us follows a brother and a sister on a farm as they attend school and learn about a wide range of subjects, expressed through delightfully catchy tunes. Rhythm helps young people learn and remember the curriculum in this wonderful addition to public and school library CD collections. Highly recommended.
