Why are these listed as led when they are clearly filament lamps, the reviews show customers are buying them believing them to be led as the title.

They are listed as incandescent. The description does not mention LED anywhere so not sure where you got that from. Some of us want incandescent. They are the only healthy bulbs. Research it. Plenty of info on YouTube.
