Many have found the tool intuitive, expressing that watching tutorial videos helped them understand the tool's operation, which is crucial for avoiding potential user errors that can lead to damaging the tool. The product has a sturdy build and is noted for its ease of use, but some users wished for clearer instructions, particularly those who are new to using such tools. Furthermore, while the tool is generally praised for its purpose, potential buyers are advised to Consider their specific needs and usage scenarios when making a decision. **
